For me, supportive friends and calculated powerlifting programming resulted in a formula for success that stuck even beyond powerlifting training. I\u2019ve applied the same approach to find consistency and results in athleticism, mobility, rehabilitation, muscle growth, and dietary habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a trainer, my target is to achieve the same sustainable success with my clients, irrespective of their fitness goals.
