Fitness Centre<\/strong> &#8211; located on the 2nd floor of Carleton Athletics Facility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Use of the swimming pool<\/strong>&nbsp;during allotted times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Use of Squash Courts<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Book your squash court in advance at the Welcome Centre or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rec.carleton.ca\/booking\/e73ec874-f850-448b-b6fc-6d046695e510\">online<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Campus Rec<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drop-in programming&nbsp;in basketball, badminton &amp; pickleball, open gym, fieldhouse soccer, pick-up hockey, skating, volleyball and indoor running\/walking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"are-there-any-other-perks\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Are there any other perks?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adult and Intramural leagues&nbsp;are very affordable and entirely exclusive to Carleton students, faculty, and staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\"><em class=\"myprefix-text-italic\">Discount <\/em><\/strong>towards&nbsp;fitness and instructional programs&nbsp;(such as the CUFit &amp; Pilates Memberships)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You receive the best prices on<strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">&nbsp;facility and room rentals<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is an Open-House week at the beginning of the Fall and Winter term. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Try out fitness and instructional classes free of charge, and find a good match for you!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"tips\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Tips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can use the lockers in the change rooms for a<strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\"> 3-hour period<\/strong> while you work out!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring your own lock, or purchase one at the Welcome Centre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Bring a towel<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Things will get very sweaty, very fast.
