Strength Training (Women Only)
What is strength training all about? How do you get started? Which exercises are the best ones? What about form? What if I can’t do a push up? Is it appropriate for weight loss? Let us give you the answers!
Heel Dance
- You’ll learn the fundamentals of dancing in a heel
- Each session will include:
- Essential warm-ups
- Exercises to improve your technique, control and style
- We’ll work on two fun choreographies throughout the course!
- Even in this beginner class, you find plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself and grow in this exciting dance style
For Whom
- All levels
- Must be at least 14 years old
What to Bring
- Comfortable, secure high heels (optional) – that you can easily walk in
- Clothing that makes you feel your best
- Knee pads (recommended) – for added comfort during floorwork
