The Ontario Lifesaving Society’s First Aid and Lifesaving programs meet WSIB standards and align with Ontario safety regulations, ensuring high-quality training for both aquatic and non-aquatic personnel.

Lifesaving Certification Courses
These certification courses empower candidates with the knowledge, skills, and judgment necessary to perform lifesaving duties in aquatic environments. The curriculum covers water rescue techniques, aquatic surveillance, first response care, and prevention strategies.
Aquatics Camps
At the Carleton Pool, our goal is to create an environment for children to develop a passion for aquatics through exciting challenges and positive role models while building new friendships.
First Aid Courses
Our First Aid courses follow the Lifesaving Society curriculum and are approved by the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).
