Rental Request – Fall & Winter
We are not currently accepting any additional Fall 2026 or Winter 2028 rental request at this time.
Please Note
We ask that you provide a minimum of three weeks’ notice for booking requests to provide us time to respond and arrange staffing.
Pools Available
Whole Pool
- Includes:
- 6 x 25m lanes in the shallow end
- 6 x 25m lanes in the deep end
- a dive tank (10 x 15 yard) and,
- a wading pool
Shallow End Only
- Includes 6 x 25m lanes in the shallow end.
Deep End Only
- Includes 6 x 25m lanes in the deep end plus the dive tank.

Please Note
Carleton University academic or student groups receive 25% discount off rental rates.
Not-for-profit children/youth organizations receive 10% discount off rental rates.

Important Notes
- Lifeguards are included in rental rental rates.
- Number of swimmers included both individuals on deck and in water.
- The minimum rental period is 1 hour. More time can be added in 15-minute increments.
- We’re happy to accommodate your group by adjusting or removing lane ropes.
- Rentals are subject to availability based on current programming and staffing.
- Our pool is kept at a temperature range of 78-82°F (25-28°C).
Liability Insurance
All rental groups must either hold their own liability insurance or purchase insurance through Carleton Athletics.
