Spring Pilates (May 4 – June 30)

This spring, we’re offering flexible Pilates options to fit your schedule and commitment level.

Option 1: Single Class (1x/week)

Perfect if you want a consistent weekly routine. Includes 9 classes total at the same class time each week. Students: $75. Community: $99.

Option 2: Spring Pilates Membership (2 months)

Best value for attending multiple times per week. Includes up to 5 classes per week with full access to all classes throughout the semester. Students: $85. Community: $105.

Types of Pilates Classes

Pilates Flow

A dynamic, breath-led class that blends classical Pilates with graceful transitions and seamless movement. Expect full-body sequences that build strength, flexibility, and control while flowing to the rhythm of your breath. Every class ends with a mindful cool-down to leave you feeling strong, centered, and energized.

Pilates Sculpt

A high-energy Pilates fusion class that sculpts your body to the rhythm of the music. Using props (e.g. light weights, resistance bands, etc.) or bodyweight, you’ll pulse, burn, and flow through choreographed sequences designed to tone every muscle. Expect creative movement combos, and a satisfying mix of strength and stretch in a focused atmosphere.

A high-energy Pilates fusion class that sculpts your body to the rhythm of the music. Using props (e.g. light weights, resistance bands, etc.) or bodyweight, you’ll pulse, burn, and flow through choreographed sequences designed to tone every muscle. Expect upbeat playlists, creative movement combos, and a satisfying mix of strength and stretch.

Classic Mat Pilates

Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance posture in this low-impact class. Using traditional Pilates techniques, you’ll flow through controlled movements designed to build stability, balance, and body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels.

All Pilates classes require you to sign-up to participate. Each class is limited to 30 participants with registration opening 5 days before each class. Please note:
