CUFIT Membership
The CUFIT Membership gives you access to all Fitness, Zumba, and Yoga classes. Come and go as you please, mixing up your schedule to match your lifestyle and mood.

Pilates Membership
We have a NEW Pilates membership! Move daily with Pilates at Carleton Athletics. Our newest offering, the Pilates Membership gives you more ways to build strength, improve flexibility and feel your best every day of the week.
Personal Training
Are you looking for accountability, consistency, knowledge and safety? Our private training offers accountability, consistency, and knowledge that will save you time, prevent injuries, and get you results.
Clients have the option of training in our private training space or our fully-equipped Fitness Centre.
