Canadian Swim Patrol – Level 3

Star Patrol is the final level of the Canadian Swim Patrol Program and will prepare swimmers for the Bronze Star Award. 

Swim Patrol 3

• Challenged with 600 m workouts, 300 m timed swims and a 25 m object carry
• Strokes are refined over 100 m swims
• First aid focuses on treatment of bone or joint injuries and respiratory emergencies, including asthma and allergic reactions
• Lifesaving skills include defence methods, victim removals, and rolling over & supporting a victim face up in shallow water.

Important Notes

• Refunds or credits for missed private/semi-private or group lessons will not be provided.
• Make-up lessons can not be arranged, and substitute (non-registered) swimmers are not permitted.
•  Please arrive (10-15) minutes before the start of the class and proceed to the Welcome Centre Desk to check-in before going to the pool-deck. 
• There will be several showers available for brief usage.
• The main locker rooms will be available and some lockers are available for day use.
• Bringing clothes & valuables to the pool deck in a gym-bag is recommended.
• Includes Lot 5 Parking.
• Registration is required in advance and space is limited.
• The Pool Gallery is available for parent/guardians.
