Learn to Swim – Level 2 (Women Only)
This intermediate level aims to teach the basic stroke mechanics of front crawl, back crawl and breast stroke. Our Women Only Learn to Swim programs is taught & supervised by qualified female instructors.
Spring 2026 Program Registration Opens April 8th @ 9:00am
Level 2
- Will develop endurance and swimming ability
- Kick it up a notch working on two interval training workouts of 4 x 25 m kicking and front or back crawl
- Be able to perform dive entries and demonstrate breaststroke arms and breathing over 10-15 m.
- Supporting yourself at the surface for 1-2 minutes, and showing off your handstands in shallow water
Required
- Must identify as a woman
- Must be at least 14 years old

Important Notes
- Effective January 1, 2026, a Capital Renewal Fee (CRF) of 3% will apply to select non-student facility rentals, programs, and services. This fee supports long-term facility maintenance and renewal, with all funds directed to a dedicated capital renewal fund. Certain exemptions may apply. - Refunds or credits for missed private/semi-private or group lessons will not be provided.
- Make-up lessons can not be arranged, and substitute (non-registered) swimmers are not permitted.
- Please arrive (10-15) minutes before the start of the class and proceed to the Welcome Centre Desk to check-in before going to the pool-deck.
- There will be several showers available for brief usage.
- The main locker rooms will be available and some lockers are available for day use.
- Bringing clothes & valuables to the pool deck in a gym-bag is recommended.
- Includes Lot 5 Parking.
- Registration is required in advance and space is limited.
