Youth Speed & Athletic Development Program

Our Youth Speed Development Program is designed to build movement literacy, speed, and agility in young athletes. Led by highly qualified coaches, this program focuses on proper running mechanics, acceleration, and change of direction techniques in a fun and supportive environment.

Youth Speed Development Program

Whether your child is looking to gain a competitive edge or refine their agility and coordination, this program is ideal for youth athletes of all levels.

Who can Participate & What to Bring

What is Included

* Athletes between 10-15 years old

Running shoes

Water bottle

Comfortable athletic clothing

* Parking during program dates and times

* Athletes will be split into 2 age groups:

Group #1: 10-12 years old
Group #2: 13-15 years old

Parking Included in Program Fees

Parking must be validated each time you park using a provided link and code.

Dates

This program has 16 sessions (1 hour long) running from January to April. The cost of the winter program is $315.

Youth Athletic Development Program

This program introduces athletes ages 13–15 to fundamental strength and coordination training in a supervised weight room setting. Designed to support long-term athletic development, this program focuses on building physical literacy, body control, and movement confidence through age-appropriate strength and resistance-based activities.


Athletes will learn foundational movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and bracing, with a strong emphasis on technique, posture, and control.
Led by qualified coaches in a supportive setting, this program lays the groundwork for future athletic training by helping athletes build the physical tools needed to train safely and effectively. It’s ideal for athletes new to the weight room or those looking to improve strength and movement in a developmentally appropriate way.
