Youth Speed Development Program
Our Youth Speed Development Program is designed to build movement literacy, speed, and agility in young athletes. Led by highly qualified coaches, this program focuses on proper running mechanics, acceleration, and change of direction techniques in a fun and supportive environment.

Youth Speed Development
Whether your child is looking to gain a competitive edge or refine their agility and coordination, this program is ideal for youth athletes of all levels.

- Enhance their movement efficiency and athletic performance across all sports.

- Athletes perform drills in a fresh and recovered state, developing optimal mechanics and movement efficiency without fatigue.
Age Requirement
- Must be 10 – 15 years old.
Athletes will be split into 2 age groups:
Group #1: 6-8 years old
Group #2: 9-11 years old

This program has 16 sessions (1 hour long) running from January to April.

Youth Athletic Development – Strength Foundations
- An add-on or standalone option for athletes aged 13–15.
- This program introduces fundamental strength and coordination training in a supervised weight room setting.
- While participants can register for this course independently, it is highly recommended to combine it with Youth Speed Development Level 2 to gain maximum benefit through a holistic approach to speed and strength development.
- Athletes will learn foundational movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and bracing, with an emphasis on technique, posture, and control.
- This is an ideal introduction to strength training in a developmentally appropriate and supportive environment.
Age Requirement
- Must be 13 – 15 years old.
