Aquatics Employment Positions

Application for Spring & Summer 2026
All applicants will be required to complete a screening process. This screening involve in-water assessment of guarding, first aid/CPR skills, along with a dry on-land interview portion related to instructional programming and personal relations skills. We will be hosting two (2) screening dates for Spring and Summer employment opportunities.

Required Certifications
At minimum:
- Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard – Pool option
- Standard First Aid, CPR-C & AED
- Airway Management
- Lifesaving Swim Instructor
Assets:
- Lifesaving, SFA and/or NL Instructor
- Examiner designation in any stream;
- Instructor Trainer
Successful candidates (18yr+) will be required to provide a Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Check Level) upon hire.
