Responsibilities
- Working with the Ticketing and Student Engagement Assistant on game days in the box office. Processing ticket sales through POS system.
- Complete cash reconciliation at end of shift.
- Selling merchandise in the store, running reports at the end of the day and logging inventory once a week.
- Help with general admin, customer service tasks, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Expected to be on campus.
- Ticketing POS system (user friendly and will be trained).
- Cash handling
- Email & phone etiquette
- Debit/Credit terminal to take payment over the phone
- POS/Cash register to sell tickets
- Other duties as assigned.
