Ballet Barre Pilates Combo
- We’ll start with standing movement exercises to warm up the body and progress to floor-work based on the Pilates Method to strengthen and stretch core and tight muscles
- In the second part of the class, we’ll use the traditional classical ballet barre exercises to improve your standing posture as well as balance and to strengthen your arms and legs.
For Whom
- ALL levels welcome however it is best for participants with no significant injuries.
There is a CUFIT Class! You must have a CUFIT Pass to attend this class
