Ravens Tri Club: Early Bird Triathlon Training Program

We are excited to offer a brand-new Ravens Triathlon Club program designed to prepare participants for the Early Bird Triathlon. This 12-week program includes 12 coached bike sessions, 12 coached run sessions, and 12 coached swim sessions, supporting you in building toward your first triathlon or developing deeper skills in the sport.

The program is led by Coach Ben Cohen, a highly experienced triathlete and certified coach with credentials from Triathlon Ontario, the Coaching Association of Canada, and TrainingPeaks.

Program Kickoff

The program will begin with a meet-and-greet info session with Coach Ben on Monday, February 23, 2026 where all key program details, expectations, and training approaches will be reviewed.

Participants also receive a training template for sessions completed outside of coached workouts.
