ELDOA Stretch
Give your body the ultimate reset with this guided decompression stretch class—perfect as a post-workout cooldown or to unwind at the end of your day. Using ELDOA postures (held for about one minute each), you’ll create space in your spine and joints, correct alignment, and release tension caused by gravity, daily activity, and exercise.
These postures strengthen weak postural muscles, stretch tight ones, and support your nervous system for total-body benefits, including:
