HYROX Training Mini Series: March 3 – April 11
Get race-ready with our new HYROX Training Class at Carleton Athletics. These 60-minute sessions are designed to build the strength, endurance, and efficiency needed to perform on race day—whether you’re preparing for Carleton’s April simulation event or the official May race.
Each class targets the key movements and energy systems used in HYROX, blending functional strength, conditioning, and race-specific training. Hosted in the High-Performance Centre, participants will train on indoor turf—ideal for practicing sled pushes and pulls in a controlled, performance-focused environment.
Led by certified instructors, this class is suitable for all fitness levels and is perfect for anyone looking to train with purpose, build confidence, and elevate their HYROX performance.
