This dynamic program combines the benefits of calisthenics with the explosive techniques of boxing and powerful leg strikes. Perfect for anyone looking for a workout beyond the typical gym routine—or curious about how MMA fighters train—this class delivers both fitness and skill development.
Training includes:
- Warm-up & stretching
- Punching and kicking drills
- Blocking and counter techniques
- Cardio conditioning
- Thai pad work (with sparring permitted only between household partners)
