Fitness has been a large part of my life for as long as I can remember. Having competed in a wide variety of sports growing up, the gym was a huge boost to both my performance and personal confidence. This inspired me to pursue an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology where I was able to learn in depth how exercise can improve both physical and mental wellbeing.  

I’m now focused on helping others use fitness to improve their lives whether it be health, stress relief, post-injury, sport, or confidence. I truly enjoying working with clients to create personalized programs that best fit their daily lives and unique situations in a way that’s sustainable for them.
