As a lifelong high-level athlete and current varsity rugby player at Carleton University, I bring both passion and experience to every training session. My philosophy as a personal trainer centres on helping people build strength, mobility, and confidence that translate into everyday life—not only performance in the gym. I believe fitness should empower you to move more, feel stronger, and show up as your best self. With a focus on full body functional training I’m dedicated to helping each client develop the knowledge and self-assurance they need to thrive.
