Responsibilities

• Assisting the Ticketing and Student Engagement specialist with student engagement activities including, but not limited to events, Ravens House Cup, social media, merchandise, campaigns, data entry, analytics, etc.
• The Student Engagement Assistant will be familiar with on campus activities and the Carleton student experience/lifestyle.
• Preference to those who have lived on campus or involved in student life.
• Help with general administration and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Expect to be on campus.
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Suites).
• Customer service experience preferred
• Cash handling
• Email & phone etiquette
• Any technological skills/programs required.
• Other duties as assigned.
