Jenn Flemke

Para Swim Coach

Jenn is an NCCP Competition‑Certified coach in swimming and triathlon, with experience coaching para‑athletes from the local to international level. A scientist by training, Jenn brings a research‑informed, athlete‑centred approach to high‑performance parasport.

Her coaching background spans multiple sports, including previous roles in equestrian and soccer, informing a diverse and inclusive development philosophy. Jenn is a co‑founder of Paratriathlon Ontario, serves as a technical classifier with Triathlon Canada, and is a Learning Facilitator for Triathlon Ontario.

In 2024, she was named Triathlon Ontario Coach of the Year and is currently pursuing the NCCP Advanced Coaching Diploma.
