Learn to Swim – Level 3 (Adults)
This level is great for individuals who are looking to polish up their swimming strokes and raise endurance levels.
Fall Regestration is Open
Level 3
- Learn eggbeater, stride entries, and compact jumps
- Be doing a 300 m workout medley and sprinting 25-50 m
- Master your front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke
Required
- Must be at least 14 years old
- Comfortable in deep water, ability to tread water for 1-2min
- Swim 25 – 50m of a recognized stroke (front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke)

- Refunds or credits for missed private/semi-private or group lessons will not be provided.
- Make-up lessons can not be arranged, and substitute (non-registered) swimmers are not permitted.
- Please arrive (10-15) minutes before the start of the class and proceed to the Welcome Centre Desk to check-in before going to the pool-deck.
- There will be several showers available for brief usage.
- The main locker rooms will be available and some lockers are available for day use.
- Bringing clothes & valuables to the pool deck in a gym-bag is recommended.
- Includes Lot 5 Parking.
- Registration is required in advance and space is limited.
