Preschool 3

Give your child a head start with the Lifesaving Society Preschool 3 program which is designed specifically for young swimmers aged 3 to 5 years. This level will allow your child to become comfortable in the water and have fun acquiring and developing a foundation of water skills.

Winter 2026 Registration Opens

Preschool Level 3

These youngsters will try both jumping and a sideways entry into deep water while wearing a lifejacket. They’ll recover objects from the bottom in waist-deep water. They’ll work on kicking and gliding through the water on their front and back.

Important Notes

Refunds or credits for missed private/semi-private or group lessons will not be provided.
Make-up lessons can not be arranged, and substitute (non-registered) swimmers are not permitted.
Please arrive (10-15) minutes before the start of the class and proceed to the Welcome Centre Desk to check-in before going to the pool-deck.
There will be several showers available for brief usage.
The main locker rooms will be available and some lockers are available for day use.
Bringing clothes & valuables to the pool deck in a gym-bag is recommended.
Includes Lot 5 Parking.
Registration is required in advance and space is limited.
The Pool Gallery is available for parent/guardians.
