Private Swim Coaching

Participants will work one-on-one with an coach who will work on their individual goals.

About The Program

Looking for a program to work on your swimming skills? We are offering private swim coaching for stroke development, endurance and/or aquatic fitness. This program is a great option for participants who are looking for supplementary coaching outside their regular swim club, need some extra help in preparation for an up-coming swimming event or are just looking to improve their stroke efficiency and swimming skills.

These private coaching session are delivered by our teams of staff who come with a wealth of competitive swimming and coaching experience.

Prerequisites

Participants should be comfortable swimming approximately 500m of a recognized stroke (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, or butterfly). 

This program is designed for swimmers who already possess basic swimming skills and are looking to refine technique, build endurance, or prepare for competition or fitness goals. 

Private coaching is not intended for non-swimmers or those looking for beginner learn-to-swim instruction.
