New Camp Pick-Up Procedure
To enhance camper safety, we are introducing a new daily authorized pick-up procedure this summer. Each camper will have a unique checkout code that must be provided at sign-out by a parent/guardian or authorized pick-up person. This additional verification step helps ensure that campers are released only to approved individuals each day.
Full details, including instructions on how to access your checkout code can be found in our Authorized Pick-Up Procedure PDF.

Important Bronze Cross Summer Camp Update
Due to up-coming changes in the amount of instructional time required for Standard First Aid certification (as of June 22, 2026), this certification can no longer be completed within the allocated Bronze Cross Summer Camp training time and will need to be taken separately. Campers enrolled this summer will still be able to work toward earning their Bronze Cross certification. In addition, camp programming hours will be adjusted to end at 4:30 p.m. instead of 4:45 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To support you through this transition, we are providing all Bronze Cross campers with the opportunity to complete their Standard First Aid certification at an alternative date/time during the summer or fall/winter terms at no additional cost.
If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact us at aquatics@carleton.ca.
