A perfect class format for a great ride and stretch. Both the interval spin and hatha yoga will be 35 minutes in length, after a thorough 5 minute warm-up. As we move to the yoga mat, our main goal will be to perform asanas with the intent to improve our posture, lengthen the muscles and to practice some balance. This class is great for all levels.
