• Withdrawal and Refunds Policy

    • Customers may cancel their registration for any Ravens’ program up to 7 days prior to the start of the program/league/intramural.
    • In case where a request is made less than 7 days prior to the beginning of any program and special circumstances apply, you may complete this form to have this matter reviewed by the program supervisor. In the event your request is approved, please select one of the following options for reimbursement.
    Credit or refunds are prorated to the date of withdrawal.
  • Membership Withdrawals or Extension

    Cancellation of memberships with less than 60 days notice is only permitted in cases of injury or relocation with accompanying documentation: a doctor’s note (stating recommendation not to exercise, we do not need personal details) or relocation of address letter. A 30-day (one-month) notice is required for relocations or injuries. Credit Refunds are prorated to the date of withdrawal based on our published fee schedule. The remainder will be refunded, less a $25 administration fee.
