Withdrawal and Refunds for Camps, Classes, Programs, Aquatics, Leagues & Intramurals

Customers may cancel their registration for any Ravens’ program up to 7 days prior to the start of the program.

  • The full fee may be left on account for use towards any current or future Ravens’ program (subject to availability and payment of difference in cost between programs).
  • An administration fee of 20% of the refund amount will be applied for withdrawal of fees onto a credit card, debit card, or cheque.
  • The maximum fee charged will be $25 per transaction.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.

There will be no refunds issued for cancelations less than 7 days prior to the beginning of any program.

The above policy does not apply to facility rentals or memberships.
