Ballet Barre & Pilates Combo

This class is a combination of Ballet Barre technique and Pilates core training that will give your body a fantastic disciplined workout. The Instructor for this course is Pam Forth. She will guide you to correct poor postural habits and develop a strong muscularly balanced body. A great class for a complete body workout for strengthening, lengthening and stretching. You’ll feel energized for the rest of the day!
