Sometimes working out just isn’t fun. Maybe it’s not your cup of tea or perhaps you just get bored. Luckily there are other ways to stay in shape this winter. Participating in a sports league on a regular basis is another way you can stay in shape while having some fun! If you need someone to push you then the competition will surely get your body moving.

The adult sports leagues at Carleton Athletics provide a fun way to stay in shape and brush up (or maybe show off) your athletic abilities. Best of all, the leagues are open to everyone, not just Carleton students and staff. If you’ve got some people in mind to start a team, or if you’re looking to sign up on your own and meet new people; you can register as a team or as an individual.
