There’s a way to get you in a better mood for your whole day and it only takes 20 minutes! Researchers at the University of Georgia have discovered that doing 20 minutes of low to moderate intensity exercise three times a week for six weeks energized people and made them feel less fatigued.

Another study found that doing “moderate intensity” aerobic exercise in the morning immediately improved mood, and those effects lasted up to 12 hours!

That means getting up just an extra 20 minutes earlier in the morning before work can make you feel better and smarter. “Exercise does more to bolster thinking than thinking does.”
