Fitness Swimmer

The Fitness Swimmer program is for swimmers of any age (10yrs+ recommended or strong ability to swim 25m) who want to improve their overall physical fitness in the water. Fitness Swimmer provides a structured approach to explore;

  • Training principles and practices
  • Using a pace clocks and timers
  • Interval training
  • How to designing swim workouts
  • Setting personal fitness goals

Registration for Fall programming opens August 9th @ 9:00am.

*Please note that we do not run children’s group lessons during the summer session due to the volume of children’s summer camp programing.

Fitness Swimmer Friday(s) 7:15pm Sept.19 – Dec.5 [*no class Oct.24]

Fitness Swimmer Saturday(s) 10:00am Sept.20 – Dec.6 [*no class Oct.11 & 18]

Each session consists of (10) 45 minute classes: $190

Note: Refunds or credits for missed private/semi-private or group lessons will not be provided. Make-up lessons can not be arranged, and substitute (non-registered) swimmers are not permitted.
