Swimmer 2 – Swimmers will be introduced to various skills such as flutter kick on their front, back and side and whip kick in a vertical position with an aid. Swimmers build their endurance by completing 10m of front crawl and back crawl and being introduced to interval training. They will increase their confidence in deeper water by jumping in, doing a sideways entry, treading water without a lifejacket and other Swim to Survive skills.
