Our Women’s Only Learn to Swim programs is taught & supervised by qualified female instructors.

Level 3

The objective of this program is to introduce participants to the various aquatic programs that can be used to develop a balanced, healthy level of fitness. This program includes how to train through distance or Masters swimming programs, as well as water safety, aqua fitness, and water running. No sweat (or at least none anyone can see). You’ll learn eggbeater, stride entries and compact jumps. You’ll be doing a 300 m workout and sprinting 25-50 m. You’ll master your front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Whew!

Each session consists of (5) x 45 minute classes. General fee: $110 + HST.

Carleton U Students: $84 + HST

Note: Refunds or credits for missed private/semi-private or group lessons will not be provided. Make-up lessons can not be arranged, and substitute (non-registered) swimmers are not permitted.
