Junior Ravens Football provides age and skill-appropriate football training for youth between the age of 4-16. Our winter and spring training sessions offer 3 streams of programming: PLAY!Introduction, and Advanced.

The Just PLAY! football stream aims to further develop athletic skills in a non-contact setting, creating a fun, safe, and energetic environment for all experience levels to learn the game!

A football experience like no other, our Introductory stream provide athletes the opportunity to develop FUNdamental skills and techniques such as catching, throwing, tackling, & blocking through a series of exciting drills and games that foster the skills of leadership, teamwork, and having fun while emphasizing player safety.

The Junior Ravens Advanced programs reintroduce the everyday skills required, in becoming a complete athlete while focusing on football positional specialization. The elite program stream is Ottawa’s most comprehensive and widely endorsed player safety program for the returning player to the game. Every player must take-part in an evaluation practice in order to move into our advanced stream.

Whether your looking to Blitz or Rush the quarterback this summer, be a Raven for a week during our football skill development camps.

The Junior Ravens football program has set out to introduce new athletes to the game of football in a safe and structured environment, promoting the values of teamwork, respect and confidence. All of our programs have been designed through Football Canada’s recommendations in Long-Term Athlete Development.

 

Our goal is to expose 10,000 youth to the game of football by 2025.
