2025 Ravens Ringette Camp (Ages 7-15)
Carleton University Ringette Camps are one of the most popular camps for West Ottawa Ringette. Players will work on skill development in various age and level appropriate drills. Players will receive 3 hours of daily ice time where they will develop and improve skating and ringette skills.
A full cafeteria lunch is INCLUDED with our Summer Ringette Camp.

Carleton University Offers 9 weeks of Ringette Camp and 3 levels of participation.
We have expanded our very popular Competitive and Conditioning Camps.

- Ringette Camp (U8, U9, U10) *Ages 7 to 9 years old (Birth years 2016 – 2018)

Ringette Camp
This camp is designed for players with prior playing experience looking to improve their skills . Players will spend parts of the ice sessions in small groups working with their coaches. Session instruction will focus on areas of ring movement, stabbing, passes and concepts and game strategy. Players will be on the ice for 90 minutes each morning and another 90 minutes in the afternoon.
Ringette Competitive Camp
This camp is designed for advanced players with a high skill level and playing ability. Players will spend parts of the ice sessions in small groups working with their coaches. Session instruction will focus on advanced areas of ring movement, stabbing, passes and more in depth concepts and game strategy. Players will be on the ice for 90 minutes each morning and another 90 minutes in the afternoon. Players registering for competitive camps should have played competitive level ringette during the past winter season or have the skill set to play ringette at a competitive level.
Ringette Conditioning Camp
Back for its third year, Carleton is pleased to offer our ringette conditioning camp which will run for 3 weeks from August 11 to August 29 . The focus of this camp will be to prepare athletes for the 2025-2026 ringette season. Athletes will work on player development on and off the ice and learn mental skills to improve their game. Players will receive 3 hours of on ice training, led by a National Ringette League player, that will improve their skating and ring movement skills. Players registering for conditioning camps should have played competitive level ringette during the past winter season or have the skill set to play ringette at a competitive level.
What’s Included
Each participant will receive 3 hours of on ice training per day, a recreation swim, camp jersey and camp t-shirt. Please note that a full cafeteria lunch is INCLUDED with our summer ringette camp.
No ringette equipment is provided. Players must provide full ringette equipment.

Times
- The hours of the camp are from approximately 8:30am to 4:30pm daily
- Specific sign in and sign out times will be e-mailed to parents the week leading up to the start of camp based on your child’s ice schedule.
- Drop off and pick up will be located near the Icehouse building.
- Optional Early/late care will be offered at a cost of $30 for the week.
- Early care runs from 7:30am to 8:30am
- Late care runs from 4:30pm to 5:30pm
