Hit the ice with our professional team of instructors and varsity hockey players who will guide adult beginner and intermediate level players through the fundamentals of hockey.
Adults will develop as a well rounded hockey player, improving skating, shooting, passing and puck control. As a bonus, we’ll throw in a great workout!
Our hockey program requires full equipment. No participating without: Hockey skates, CSA-approved helmet, elbow pads, hockey pants, jock or jill, shin pads, hockey gloves and a hockey stick. Shoulder pads and a neck guard are not mandatory but are strongly recommended. Mouth guards are optional.
