This low-impact class is perfect for anyone looking for a total body workout, with elements of cardio, strength and endurance training. Participants will use the buoyancy and the resistance of the water to give them a safe, effective and fun workout!

This class is part of the heartwise program and a great option for individuals who may be arthritic, rehabbing from injury or pre/post natal due to its low impact. This class is conducted in the shallow end of the pool.

Aqua Fitness is included in both a Senior Ravens Membership and a CUFit Membership.
