CU Shred is a muscular and endurance based workout with equipment. There will be a mix of strength focused routines, high intensity, tabatas and more. You’ll work hard to hit both total body strength, core and some cardio through constant movement and challenges. Prepare to sweat and finish feeling strong, fit and powerful.
Classes are a hybrid of in-person and online and will require equipment (primarily dumbbells or any homemade exercise equipment).
