Are you ready to get stronger and move better with every class? CU Strong is a focused and dynamic class designed to build muscle strength and endurance. Participants engage in a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups using equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises and more. This class uses isolated strength movements, strength supersets, lower repetitions and longer rest periods so you can optimize your strength!
