Are you ready to build muscle, get stronger and learn to move better with every class? CU Strong is divided into two levels. Level 1 focuses on individual muscle groups and building volume through traditional movements and techniques. Level 2 challenges you to life heavier, with lower repetitions and more rest between bouts of effort. Essentially Level 1 is for beginners and Level 2 is for the intermediate level (of experience in movement, not the ability to lift heavier)
