Come join us for a pulse pounding workout focused on giving practical, repeatable skills. Designed to help students that want to accomplish three things; getting in shape, learning to protect themselves and having a great time! You can look forward to getting an introduction to punching, kicking, joint locks, and Ground Fighting. Along with the confidence that comes from learning a martial art, you will leave soaked in sweat, exhausted and with a smile on your face.
