Winter is here and it’s getting harder to cycle distance outdoors – so take your long rides into our spin room and have a great workout focused on endurance and aerobic capacity. What does that mean? It means a lot of great music, a lot of friends, and a lot of opportunity to work on your spin game. This class is not about high intensity, it’s about low to moderate intensity to build on your capacity to go the distance.
