Would you cut your own hair after watching a YouTube video? Hair grows back. A bad injury suffered through poor movement mechanics in a gym could last a lifetime. Programming and exercise basics is part lecture, part movement, where you’ll learn the basics of programming (how many days a week should you train, how should you train based on your goals, etc.) and exercise basics (how to squat and deadlift with a properly stacked spine).
