This program is tailored for people 50 years of age or older. The two 90-minute land classes include a thorough warm-up and stretch, cardiovascular activity, all-important strengthening exercises and a relaxing cool-down. There is one 60-minute session in the pool (shallow water). The objective of this class is to build and maintain physical vigor safely and enjoyably. This is a Heart Wise Program and is included in your Senior Raven’s Membership.
