The Senior Ravens Stretch and Strength program is only included in the Senior Ravens Membership.
This class is tailored for people 65 years of age or older (anyone over 55 can attend). The three 75-minute land classes include a thorough warm-up and stretch, cardiovascular activity, all-important strengthening exercises and a relaxing cool-down. There is one 60-minute session in the pool (shallow water). The goal of the class is to meet the goals of the participants. We try to be aware of what those are, and coach people as they work toward them.
