Channel your inner martial artist and learn the fundamentals of kickboxing by way of the three T’S! “Technique, Timing, and Teamwork”! Kickboxing FUNdamentals is a kickboxing class designed to teach you all the basics of kickboxing while improving your flexibility, balance, and cardio.
Registration with a family member or someone in your social circle is recommended. We will make every attempt to pair you up with the same drill partner each class.
Those with one dose of the COVID Vaccine will be asked to wear a mask at all times.
