These dynamic and popular arts combines the benefits of an excellent calisthenics workout with the explosive techniques of boxing and powerful attacks using the legs. If you are searching for a more superior form of workout than your typical gym routine or are interested in learning how MMA fighters train, this course is for you. Improve your agility, speed and overall endurance with these heart pounding addictive workouts. Training will include a warm-up session, stretches, punching and kicking drills, block and counter, cardio and Thai pads (only those living together will be permitted to spar).
