Our bodies are designed to move and move in many different ranges of motion; however, sedentary lifestyles and lack of movement prevent our bodies from working efficiently. This 8-week series is designed to combat that by building functional strength and mobility.

The class will teach exercises and movements that improve your range of motion from head to toe. In addition, the class will build functional strength through bodyweight exercises, resistance training, plyometrics, agility and sprinting.

All of this will take place in the beautiful outdoors so there will be plenty of space to move, run and sweat!

Some specific areas of focus will include overhead mobility and strength, tight hips and glute activation as well as core function and rotational mobility.
