The Pilates and ELDOA combo class includes 30 minutes of Pilates and 30 minutes of ELDOA.

The Pilates portion will focus on the Classic Pilates Mat Work and is suitable for any level of participant, from beginners to advanced participants of Pilates. Modifications will be given for those with existing issues as well as for participants as they progress with their conditioning. Exercises will vary throughout the course to keep participants engaged and excited about improving their technique, strength and flexibility. Mats, belts and blocks will not be provided during COVID. Please bring your own from home.

The ELDOA portion will focus on ELDOA postures that were designed by world-renowned Osteopath Guy Voyer, In this class you’ll learn postures that correct the alignment of each segment of your spine – from your neck, to mid-back, to lower back. ELDOA postures (held for approx. 1 minute each) fix postural imbalances by strengthening the weak postural muscles and by stretching the tight postural muscles. Your central nervous system is housed in the spine so getting and keeping your spine aligned is of utmost importance to the well-being of your whole body. You’ll experience relief from unnecessary pain and prevent future problems by doing these postures! All levels welcome.
