This class will focus on the Classic Pilates Mat Work and is suitable for any level of participant, from beginners to advanced participants of Pilates. Modifications will be given for those with existing issues as well as for participants as they progress with their conditioning. Exercises will vary throughout the course to keep participants engaged and excited about improving their technique, strength and flexibility. Mats, belts and blocks will not be provided during COVID. Please bring your own from home.
